We greatly value your serious concern regarding the spread of COVID-19.At Yokikan, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority, and we are taking the following precautionary measures so that our patrons may use our facilities, services and products without undue worry. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・In consideration of the health and safety of our patrons and the general public, please make certain you wear a mask whenever entering the hotel premises. Our guest service staff are obliged to wear masks during their hours of hospitality service and when commuting to and from the hotel. As needed, certain staff also wear face guards when attending to our guests.
・In order for all of our patrons to use our facilities without undue concern, we ask that you cooperate and thoroughly disinfect your fingers with alcohol whenever entering the premises. Alcohol disinfection is carried out continuously on areas which are often touched by the public and others, such as door knobs, doors, elevator buttons, toilet doors, etc.
・You are requested to observe body temperature measurement precautions whenever entering our hotel buildings. We sincerely apologize for those who have a fever above 37.5°C or who are not feeling well, but please refrain from entering the building.
*The standard of 37.5°C is based on national administrative guidelines.
・Please be sure to keep ample distance between yourself and other customers when in a queue.
・Should you feel unwell, please be certain to alert the staff nearest to you without delay.
* Note the above guidelines may be updated in the future in accordance with the policies of the Japanese government and related organizations. In such cases, you shall be advised accordingly. Your cooperation is deeply appreciated at this time.

The fresh and 100% natural hot springs produce a steady flow of water from 400 meters underground.
This bath offers relief for fatigue, neuralgia, cold sensitivity and other ailments. Two separate communal hot tubs are available – one for gentlemen and the other for ladies, both located on the lobby floor. Please note that the two hot baths will switch gender designations at 8:30 p.m. every day, and all baths are closed between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for cleaning

The Standard Rooms are mostly located on the 2nd floor, close to the entrance. They offer views of the mountains, the city of Ito, and Yokikan garden. Each room measures 35 square meters (377 square feet) and the standard rooms do not have their own baths.

Special Rooms are located on the upper level and offer spectacular views of the surrounding Ito city. Each room measures 45-50 square meters (485-538 square feet) and include rock baths and other added amenities:All Special Rooms are equipped with bath (natural hot springs) in the room.

The Standard Meal offers a course of 10-12 small dishes that highlight the variety of Japanese cuisine. Dishes include soup, sashimi, a broiled dish, a stewed dish, a hot dish, a vinegar dish, rice and more.Japanese breakfast offers grilled fish, tofu, dried Seaweed, egg, pickled vegetables, miso soup, rice and more.
The Chef's Choice Meal offers even more variety and elegance than the Standard Meal. The Chef's Choice Meal dishes are truly special and each is chosen especially by the head chef depending on the season. The 13-15 dishes in this course include a combination appetizer plate, more sashimi including the local specialty spiny lobster, steamed abalone that's grilled at your table, a fruit wine aperitif, and more. The Chef's Choice Meal breakfast includes lobster miso soup.The Chef's Choice Meal is available for both Standard and Special Rooms plan.
